Are you licensed?

Can I reach you after hours?
Yes. While our standard business hours cover most needs, we provide 24/7 support for emergencies to ensure that urgent matters are addressed promptly and your investment is protected at all times. -
Can you put the money directly into my account?
Absolutely. We offer convenient direct deposit services to transfer your rental income securely to your designated bank account each month. -
Do I get to see the lease or sign it?
You will receive a copy of every executed lease for your records. As your management representative, Dreamteam Property Management signs leases on your behalf, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and best practices. Owners do sign my leases! :) -
Do I sell real estate?
Yes, I do! I am an associate broker here in MN and can facilitate buying and selling and as a client you get a special discount towards closing costs!!! If you are buying an investment property, your first 12 months of management is free! -
How and when do I get my payments?
Owner payments are typically processed monthly, with funds transferred directly to your bank account via ACH. Detailed statements are provided through your Owner Portal for full visibility into your property's financial performance. -
How is rent collection handled?
We collect rent through our secure online payment portal, which encourages on-time payments and reduces delays. In cases where rent is not received on time, we follow a structured legal process to ensure compliance and accountability. -
How long of a lease do you sign?
Our standard lease term is 12 months, unless otherwise specified based on your preferences or market conditions. -
How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
Security deposits typically equal one month's rent, although this may vary depending on tenant qualifications, property type, or local legal requirements. -
How soon can you start managing my property?
We can begin managing your property as soon as the management agreement is signed and onboarding is complete. Our team will guide you through this process to ensure a smooth transition. -
What type of properties do you manage?
We manage a wide variety of residential properties, including single-family homes, multi-family properties, condominiums, and townhomes across the Twin Cities metro area. -
What type of reports do I get and how often?
You will receive monthly financial statements detailing income, expenses, and maintenance activity. In addition, year-end tax documents and annual summaries are provided. You may access all reports anytime through your secure Owner Portal. -
Who holds the tenant security deposit?
Dreamteam Property Management holds all tenant security deposits in a trust account, in accordance with Minnesota law, until they are either refunded to the tenant or applied per the terms of the lease.
