Neal Lawson is the Founder and Managing Principal of Dreamteam Property Management, overseeing nearly 300 residential units across the Twin Cities, representing close to $100 million in assets under management.

A core focus of his leadership is identifying, developing, and retaining high-performing team members who execute at a high level and uphold the company’s standards of accountability, responsiveness, and professionalism.

With a background in high-value real estate transactions and investor representation, Neal applies a disciplined, systems-driven approach to property management. He has implemented structured operational processes, automation tools, and performance benchmarks designed to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain consistent service standards across the portfolio.

With more than 15 years of leadership and operations management experience, Mike serves as a Property Manager with a proven track record of driving performance, building systems, and leading high-performing teams.

Having partnered with major global brands such as Polaris, Honda, BRP, Yamaha, Suzuki, Kawasaki, and CFMoto, he developed a disciplined operational mindset focused on efficiency, accountability, and measurable results. His background includes overseeing multimillion-dollar sales operations, optimizing inventory and workflow systems, and maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction standards.

He now brings that same strategic leadership and operational precision to property management, ensuring properties operate efficiently, residents receive responsive service, and owners’ investments are protected and optimized for long-term success.
